CANCELLATION POLICY
SRV Technologies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the cancellation process. Here are the terms and conditions for such cases-If you want to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing an order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the “Same day Delivery” and within 2 Hours express delivery within radius of 20 K.M Category. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectation, you must bring it to the notice of SRV Technologies Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The SRV Technologies Customer Service Team will take an appropriate action after looking into your complaint.
SRV Technologies has all rights to cancel the order at any point of time.
